EXPERIENCE

We start the tour from the arch of “Egishe Charents”. It was erected in honor of the famous poet, who incredibly loved his homeland. The arch is located in a picturesque place, and you will admire the amazing views of the mountains and take unique photos.

The next stop of our tour is the pagan temple of Garni!
Garni is 28 km from Yerevan. It is the only monument preserved on the territory of Armenia dating back to the pagan era and the only monument of the Hellenistic era in the territory of the former USSR. The temple was awarded the UNESCO Prize.

Due to its strategic location and pleasant cool weather, the fortress was a favorite place of the Armenian kings and a summer residence.
Get ready to be amazed by the splendor of the beauty of the “Symphony of Stones”.This geological work, located in the Garni Valley, is a symphony of colors, textures and shapes that will leave you speechless. From colossal basalt columns to complex formations resembling a stone orchestra, each step reveals a new chapter in this mesmerizing symphony.

After Garni, we will visit the Geghard monastery complex, which appeared in the distant Middle Ages. It was carved from a granite monolith, and natural grottos and caves served as cells for monks in it.
The monks here gave shelter and food to belated travelers who did not dare to pass through the gorge after dark.
Geghard has earned fame as one of the most significant monuments of human history, and is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
There is a special atmosphere here, you will feel the special energy of this place.

Also during the tour, there will be a master class on cooking the famous Armenian lavash. Fresh, fragrant bread can be tasted with cheese and local herbs, which is a favorite snack of every Armenian.

Then we will visit the Azat Lake, which is located at an altitude of 1050 meters above sea level and is located in the picturesque Ararat region. It was established in 1976 in order to provide irrigation to the Ararat Valley. Surrounded by mountain peaks, this place inspires visitors with its beauty. The reflection of the sun or moon in the water surface, merging with the clouds, creates amazing landscapes.
Azat Lake is part of the UNESCO World Heritage List. In hot weather, there is no shelter from the sun, so it is necessary to use sunscreen.
Over time, this lake has become a favorite tourist destination. The views from its shores capture the imagination. Created by man, the lake today is an emerging ecosystem and home to many species of animals. It is home to a variety of fish such as carp, carp, crucian carp, rudd and others, which makes this place ideal for fishing and recreation for both locals and tourists.
