Fumane: Wine Tasting in a family-run winery in Valpolicella – Veneto, Italy

EXPERIENCE:

The experience will begin with a guided tour of the cellar where we will get to know all the production stages of our wines, the winemaking, fermentation and aging processes, ending then with the bottling and packaging area.

We will then continue with the tasting of 4 of our wines, three great classics of Valpolicella, Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC and Amarone Classico DOCG and our “RUGIADOSO” late harvest, our most iconic and representative regional wine which represents the identity of this winery.
