Reach the charming town of Sirmione where you can explore the peninsula on a boat trip (the trip may be limited by the weather and the availability of the boat). Step back in time as you explore the medieval village which includes the lakeside Scaligero Castle. 
Stroll down narrow lanes, cobbled streets, and past old shops that locals call ‘botteghe.’ After some free time, the group will meet back up and return to Verona by van.
