Make your own way to Venice railway station in the morning and board the high-speed train that will take you to Verona in just an hour and a half. Meet your guide at the train platform in Verona and begin your tour of the city.

Wander through the picturesque and historical streets of Verona, the so-called “city of love”. and discover the locations of Shakespeare’s tragic play about two star-crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet. 

Visit Juliet’s balcony where she looked out upon her lover Romeo, the lucky statue of Juliet, Romeo’s House, Piazza dei Signori, Porta Borsari where the duel took place between Capuleti and Montecchi, and the famous Arena, where famous concerts are still held every year.

End your tour in Piazza Bra. Then enjoy some free time to explore the city at your own pace before catching the train back to Venice. Do some shopping, taste the famous “Juliet’s braid”, a typical dessert from Verona, or sip a glass of Valpolicella, a wonderful red wine from the famous namesake hill of Verona.

Reach Verona railway station in the early evening and catch your train back to Venice. Arrive in Venice railway station at approximately 7.00 pm.

You will receive your train tickets the day before the tour date.
