From Maui: Pearl Harbor Tour – Hawaii, Hawaii

Start your day on Maui hefore heading to Oahu and Pearl Harbor. Expert guides will pick you up from the Honolulu airport and take you to Pearl Harbor.

Skip the line at the Visitors Center and enjoy some time exploring the museums. Enjoy the short film before boarding the Navy shuttle for the Arizona Memorial. Stroll the solemn memorial before returning to the main area.

Explore the submarine USS Bowfin. Climb aboard and try to imagine dozens of men living months at a time in such a cramped space. Then board the bus for Ford Island and head to the Mighty Mo. Walk the decks and look at the 16-inch guns. Stand where Japan surrendered, ending WWII. Go below deck and explore even more.

Finally, head to Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. Two hangars survived the attack on Pearl Harbor and now are home to over 50 vintage aircraft. See the jets, bombers, and helicopters.

Before the day ends, tour Honolulu and see historic Iolani Palace and King Kamehameha’s statue. Return to the airport and back to the Big Island.
