From Kendwa: Mnemba Boat Trip and Dolphin Snorkel Adventure. – Zanzibar, Tanzania

EXPERIENCE:

Mnemba Island lies off the beach of Matemwe, on the North East Coast of Zanzibar, and is famous for the diversity of fish and corals. Its a private island allowing people to snorkeling around that island. You will leave on a local boat from Nungwi village, it takes 45-minutes sail to Mnemba and you will be able to spot tiger-fish, parrot-fish, the occasional turtle and for the lucky few, dolphins!

After spending a few hours in the water you will have fruits on the boat and relaxation. The boat will sail back to Nungwi village.
The boat sail help you to start cruising and searching the dolphins and swimming with them as we head to Mnemba conservation area, after reaching Mnemba conservation area we start doing snorkeling around the coral reefs, then if there is low tide we cruise to the sandbank.
