EXPERIENCE

The itinerary
08:30: We’ll pick you up from your Hoi An hotel and drive you to the market with our chef (about 30 minutes). You’ll experience the vibrant atmosphere and interact with sellers while we introduce the ingredients for our cooking lesson.

09:15: Transfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat, where you’ll enjoy views of the picturesque Vietnamese countryside and water coconut trees.

10:30: Relax with a welcome drink at our restaurant, then join our cooking class. Our chef will guide you through preparing local dishes, and you’ll enjoy the meal you’ve cooked. Menu includes: Papaya Salad, H?i An Spring Rolls, Hoi An Rice Pancake, Water Morning Glory with Garlic, Grilled Clams, Fish in Clay Pot with Steamed Rice, and Fresh Fruit for dessert.

12:30: After lunch, we’ll drop you back at your hotel.
