From Hanoi: 3-Day Sapa Trekking Tour with Homestay or hotel – Hanoi, Vietnam

Explore the stunning landscapes of Sapa on a 3-day tour from Hanoi. Enjoy a trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Stay in a homestay in Ta Van village and enjoy a night in a hotel in Sapa.

Day 1: Hanoi Sapa by bus with a long trek Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai Ta Van village (L, D)
Start your adventure with a pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to the bus station. Board the sleeping bus and depart to Sapa. Enjoy a comfort break on the way to Lao Cai city.
Continue to Sapa, where you can see the beautiful view of the valley with terraced fields. Arrive in Sapa and enjoy a welcome drink and itinerary briefing. Savor a delicious lunch with local Vietnamese dishes.
Drive to Y Linh Ho and trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. See the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. Approach Ta Van village where Dzay Ethnic People inhabit in the late afternoon.
Check in to your homestay and get to know the family of Dzay People. Spend time to enjoy the mountain life at sunset. Attend a cooking class with the family and enjoy dinner in peace. In the evening, join the local bar nearby with music and socialize with other tourists.

Day 2: Medium trek Ta Van Giang Ta Chai village (B, L, D)
Have breakfast prepared by the family and start a new day with a more interesting trek. Keep walking to the rice paddies where you have a nice photo session of the amazing surrounding landscapes. Trek through the bamboo forest and stop to have a panorama view of Giang Ta Chai village, home of the Red Dzao People.
Trek through the Giang Ta Chai Bridge to the main road, where the bus picks you up to come back to Sapa Town. Enjoy a welcome drink at the hotel, have lunch with delicious Vietnamese dishes, and check in.
Take a short walk to the gate of Cat Cat village, home of the Black H mong ethnic people, and located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Your local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals.
Trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station. Stop for a photo with the bridge and waterfall, then walk uphill for the bus to pick you up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon.

Day 3: Sapa Ha Noi (B, L)
Have breakfast at the hotel and enjoy free time to discover Sapa town by yourself. Check out and have lunch. Meet all group members at May Hotel to get ready for Hanoi. Get on the bus to go back to Hanoi with two comfort breaks. Say goodbye to your guide at the bus stop.
