From Cusco || Sacred Valley – Ollantaytambo – Pisac || 1 Day – Cusco, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

At the appointed time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco and head to Pisac, where we will have the opportunity to see one of the most important vestiges of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Did you know that the site is shaped like a partridge?

Afterward, we will go to the handicraft stores in Pisac to buy some typical souvenirs. Then, we will continue along the Vilcanota River to Urubamba, the capital of the Sacred Valley, where you can have lunch on your own or enjoy a traditional Andean buffet lunch.

With your batteries recharged, we will go to the ruins of Ollantaytambo for a guided tour – check out the fortress on the hill! After the exploration, we will head back to Cusco and make a brief stop in Chincheros to visit the church of Nuestra Señora de Monserrat and learn what it is built on.

Finally, after 10 hours of walking, we will conclude the tour in Cusco’s main square.
