From Cusco: Machupicchu Full-day private tour by Train – Cusco, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

Our tour begins with a morning pickup (We will coordinate with you the pick-up time one day before the tour) from your hotel in a private van. We will drive for 2 hours to the Ollantaytambo train station.

The train ride to Aguas Calientes offers spectacular views of the Inca Empire, including mountains, valleys, and Inca farming terraces. The Vilcanota River will be alongside us for the entire journey.

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, staff will be waiting to take you to the bus station. You will go up by bus for 45 minutes to Machupicchu control.

Our 3-hour guided tour of Machu Picchu, the lost city of the Incas, will begin shortly. Pachacutec, the 9th Inca, is thought to have built it. You will see the impeccable arrangement of its terraces, stairs, buildings, courtyards, and the famous Temple of the Condor.

45-minute bus ride to Aguas Calientes town, where you will have some free time for lunch (not included). We will then take a train to Ollantaytambo train station for a 2-hour ride. Finally, we will take private transport to Cusco for a 2-hour ride. We arrive in Cusco and leave you at your hotel.
