Option 1:
Embark on a journey from Cusco starting with a hotel pickup at 4:40 AM. Head to the bus station and then to the Ollantaytambo train station for a 6:30 AM departure to Aguas Calientes (train schedule subject to availability). The train ride takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Upon arrival, your guide, holding a sign with your name, will lead you to breakfast. Afterward, board a bus to Machu Picchu, exploring its architectural wonders with a guided tour. Following the visit, return to Aguas Calientes for lunch. Choose your preferred restaurant or seek recommendations.

With time to explore Aguas Calientes and capture memories through photos, board the 4:30 PM train back to Cusco. The journey concludes around 9 PM. Train schedules vary, so it’s advisable to book in advance for a seamless experience.

Option 2:
Kick-off Day 1 with a pickup from your hotel or a meet-up at the Plaza de Regocijo at 6:15 AM. As the journey unfolds, traverse snow-capped mountains and picturesque lakes. By 2 PM, reach the hydroelectric plant, offering the perfect spot for lunch.

Following a 3-hour walk, arrive in Aguas Calientes, meet your guide, and settle into your overnight accommodation. Cap off the day with a hearty dinner and receive details for the next day’s adventures.

On Day 2, an early rise is in store, accompanied by a breakfast snack. Take a walk to Machu Picchu’s entrance gate, with the option of the Consetur bus (24 USD). Enjoy a guided entry into Machupicchu, with time for taking photos.

Return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and take the 4:00 PM train to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival, board the bus back to Cusco, reaching the city between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
