From Cusco : Experiential tourism in Huilloc + Lunch – Cusco, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

We will pick you up from your hotel and head to the village of Ollantaytambo. We will visit the temple of Marqacocha and the archaeological centre. We will visit the association Queuña Qocha Mayu (Huilloc Alto).

We will have a great welcome with typical costumes and we will be able to taste mates with natural inputs. We will have a walk to the Suchococha lagoon and we will enjoy the environment, there we will be able to observe a variety of agricultural tools that are used by the locals, we will be able to enjoy free time and we will be participants of an offering to the Pachamama. We will enjoy a delicious lunch with local products.

To finish we will have a demonstration of local textiles and we will be able to participate in this and also learn more about the iconography. Finally we will say goodbye to the community and return to the city of Cusco.
