EXPERIENCE:

Our day will begin with pick-up from the hotel, we will head towards a small town in Cusco to observe an ancient cooking technique that has prevailed for more than 8 thousand years.
Upon arrival we will be received with a welcome quality by the Andean women who will introduce us, teach their culture,tradition and ancestral knowledge.
We will be participants in the cooking process of the “Moraya consommé” (Lawa), a creamy soup made from dehydrated potato flour, While we wait for our Lawa to cook we will help the woman Andean with all the necessary ingredients to prepare the pachamanca, for that we can observe how they prepare the oven Made of stone.
Once the oven is hot we will place all the ingredients in the oven of stones, we will cover it with herbs and at the end we will cover it with a ground layer.
While we wait for Pachamanca to be ready, the women will make us a knitting demonstration. Finally our food will be ready, We will collect each of the ingredients from the oven to place it on the big table.
We will taste our delicious dish, and to finish this experience, the women will say goodbye to us with an Andean song of farewell.
