From Arequipa: Pichu Pichu Bike Tour | Half day – Arequipa, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

Itinerary
We will pick you up at your hotel in Arequipa at the indicated time and take a minibus to the top of the Pichu Pichu volcano. As we ascend, you will enjoy impressive views of the surroundings of this extinct crater in the Volcanic Mountains of southern Peru. It measures 5542 meters!
It’s time to change vehicles. We will fasten our helmets and get on our bikes to begin a 30-kilometer descent that will surprise you. We will cycle for four hours through the Pichu Pichu mountain range, releasing large doses of adrenaline.
During the descent, we will contemplate other volcanoes that surround Arequipa, such as the Misti volcano or the Chachani. In addition, the guide will explain to us the peculiarities of the different species of flora and fauna that we will find along the way. With a little luck, we might even see a llama or an alpaca.
At the end of the exciting descent, we will return to the minibus that will take us back to Arequipa, where we will finish the excursion after five and a half hours of activity.
Pickup
This excursion includes pickup from hotels located in the historic center of Arequipa. If you are staying in more remote areas, we will indicate an alternative meeting point after making your reservation.
