From Arequipa: Panoramic Tour of Arequipa – Arequipa, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

At the time you choose, we will meet in the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa. We will board a bus and begin the panoramic tour of this beautiful city in Peru. Its colonial charm will surely conquer you from the first moment.

We will admire its old houses, its narrow streets and its church as we go to the Carmen Alto viewpoint. We will get off the vehicle at this observation point to enjoy excellent views of the Chilina Valley and the volcanoes that frame Arequipa. Photo moment!

We will return to the bus and continue the panoramic tour of Arequipa, approaching the Sachaca viewpoint, another of the places that will allow us to contemplate the so-called Peruvian White City from above.

To continue delving into the history of Arequipa we will visit the Founder’s Mansion. This majestic building is also one of the main examples of Arequipa architecture from the 16th century. Another important vestige of this same period is the famous Sabandía stone mill.

Passing by the flowery platforms of the Paucarpata district, we will return to Arequipa, where we will visit the Plaza de Armas. Do you know the origin of this picturesque and unique public space?

After four hours of travel, we will end the tour leaving you in the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa.
