Spago alla filicudara – Spaghetti with a typical flavorful sauce from Filicudi in the  Aeolian Islands. Constanza loves this recipe and ensures it’s a winner everytime!
Arista – pork roast with milk or simply baked
And Costanza’s special vegetable salad
Chestnut cake: sweet typical Tuscan dessert made with the chestnut flour and served with cottage cheese

Program:
Departure from Florence at 5.40 pm in a taxi
Arrive at Constance’s house at 6.00 pm
Cooking class – cooking dinner with an aperitif
