Fantastic Peru 11 Days 10 Nights [ HOTEL★★★] – Cusco Region, Peru

EXPERIENCE

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to hotel
Pick up at the airport and transfer to the designated hotel.

Day 2: city tour lima
Pick up at hotels in Miraflores / San Isidro between 9:00 and 10:00 am. Included visits to Parque del Amor, Huaca Pucllana, historic center of Lima, Choco-Museum and typical liquor tasting. Finally we will have a guided visit to the San Francisco Convent and its Catacombs. End of the tour at approximately 14:00 hrs. Overnight at hotel in Lima.

Day 3: Ica and Paracas
Pick up from hotel in Lima between 3:00 and 4:00 am. Visit to the Ballestas Islands, followed by lunch at a vineyard. Afterwards, visit to Huacachina with tubing and sandboarding tour. Overnight at hotel in Huacachina.

Day 4: Nazca overflight
Pick up at the hotel at 7:30 am for transfer to Nazca. Overflight of approximately 30 minutes over the Nazca lines. Transfer to Ica and then to the Cruz del Sur terminal to take the tourist bus back to Lima (arrival at approximately 10:00 pm).

Day 5: Pick up at the airport and tour of Cusco.
Pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Cusco. City tour visiting Koricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Quenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay. Timetable options: in the morning from 8:30 to 14:00 and in the afternoon from 13:00 to 18:00.

Day 6: Sacred Valley of the Incas and connection to Machu Picchu
Pick up from hotel in downtown Cusco. Visit to Pisac and Ollantaytambo from 07:00 to 16:00 approx. Buffet lunch in Urubamba. Travel by train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes. Briefing by the guide in the evening. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.

Day 7: Machu Picchu
Breakfast at the hotel. Travel by bus to Machu Picchu for the guided tour. Lunch in Aguas Calientes. Return to Cusco by train and bus. Overnight at selected hotel in Cusco.

Day 8: Humantay Lagoon
Pick up from hotel in Cusco at approximately 4:00 am. Travel to Mollepata (approx. 3 hours). Breakfast in Mollepata and hike to Humantay Lagoon (approx. 2 hours). Lunch in Mollepata and return to Cusco (approx. 18:00 hrs). Overnight at hotel in Cusco.

Day 9: Salt mines of Maras and Moray
Pick up from hotel in the center of Cusco. Visit to the salt mines of Maras and Moray from 08:00 to 15:00 hrs.

Day 10: Seven Colors Mountain (Vinicunca)
Pick up at the hotel at approximately 4:00 am. Drive to Cusipata (approx. 3 hours). Breakfast in Tintinco and hike to the Seven Colors Mountain (approx. 2 hours and a half). Lunch in Tintinco and return to Cusco (approx. 17:30 hrs).

Day 11: Transfer to the airport
Pick up at the hotel at the indicated time to transfer to Cusco airport or bus terminal.
