Excursion to the Planetarium of Cusco | New experience – Cusco, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

Pick up from your hotel between 5:30 to 6:00 pm, once we finish with the pick up we will board the transport that will take us to the Planetarium of Cusco, located less than 20 minutes away.

Once inside the observatory, considered one of the most original in the world, we will receive a talk on Inca astronomy in the interpretation rooms. This will be followed by a virtual projection of the sky on the dome of the planetarium, where we will learn about the constellations of the Incas!

Keep your eyes peeled and your eyes wide open! We will also have the opportunity to analyse the constellations – do you want to discover what lies behind them? We will use the professional telescopes of the Cusco Planetarium to admire them. This last activity is subject to weather conditions.

We will finish the excursion returning to Cusco’s Plaza de Armas at approximately 10:00 am.
