Excursion Chavin de Huantar Monument – Querococha lagoon – Ancash, Peru

EXPERIENCE

‘-The adventure begins with hotel pickup near the main square of Huaraz at 8:30 am.
-En route, we’ll pass through villages like Recuay, Ticapampa, and Catac, traverse the Cordillera Blanca, and briefly stop at Querococha Lagoon.
-We’ll continue through the Cahuish tunnel and the Callejón de Conchucos until reaching Chavín, where we’ll explore the archaeological complex including the Circular Plaza, the Castle, the Labyrinths, and the renowned Lanzon.
-Visiting the Chavín Museum will provide deeper insights into the early high Andean culture of Peru.
-Afterwards, we’ll return to Huaraz, with an estimated arrival around 7:00 pm.
