EXPERIENCE:

On the slopes of Mount Etna volcano, in a landscape combination of lava rock, woods and gorse, are the vineyards of the Estate chosen for you, between the two extinct craters Monte Gorna and Monte Ilice.The vineyards are planted to Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio for the production ofEtna Rosso and to Carricante and Catarratto for the production of EtnaBianco, that is, the main ones of Etna DOC.

You will be able to visit the Estate’s vineyards and, discover the secrets of the preparation of this wine appreciated on all markets and produced for 10 years now through the method of organic farming.

You will be able to taste 4 labels of Etna DOC wines and at the same time enjoy yourself by participating in a cooking class, during which you will be able to prepare a first course and a dessert of the Sicilian culinary tradition.

You just have to taste some excellent wine and the traditional Sicilian dishes you have prepared!
