Etna: Guided Trekking Tour to 3000 meters – Sicily, Italy

EXPERIENCE:

Meeting and departure from the Ashàra Info Point located at Piazzale Rifugio Sapienza Etna South
After a briefing and after giving the participants the appropriate equipment, the cable car will take us from 2000mt to 2500mt of altitude

Arrived at 2500 masl, after admiring the panorama on the south side of the volcano, we will cross the lava fields and discover the geological peculiarities of Etna until 3000mt of altitude.
Visiting an interesting lava channel, will walk until Crateri Barbagallo and will face the eastern side of the volcano, the Valle del Bove, which with its wild and primordial beauty, will accompany us during the descent, among the remains of ancient eruptions, and exceptional views.

During the whole excursion, the summit craters will be visible from a safe distance

Again at 2500mt, will return with cable car at the starting point
