During this unique experience, we will take you to a picturesque vegetable garden where you will discover the fascination of growing fresh, wholesome produce. You will be accompanied by experienced farmers who will guide you through the gardens, sharing secrets and curiosities about growing fruit, vegetables and herbs.
After the invigorating walk through the gardens, you will be invited to enjoy a delicious tasting prepared with freshly harvested ingredients. You will savour the freshness and quality of local produce in a variety of dishes masterfully prepared by our chefs.

All the raw materials for the kitchen come from the large 10,000 square metre kitchen garden surrounding the facility. Healthy eating and healthy food is an authentic cultural act that we have chosen to pursue and spread.
Relaxing atmospheres, neutral and elegant tones, finely crafted lighting and the magical contrast between original materials, designer furniture and industrial finishes.
The cuisine emphasises the typical products of the land in which it has taken root. The menu is dictated by the seasons, which act as a guide to the discovery of colours and flavours. Organic delicacies, zero-metre products, and a wide range of traditional delicacies reworked in a modern key.

The menu includes:
– Chef’s welcome, Fried Cuoppo (crocchè, arancino, frittatina and battered vegetables)
– Appetiser, Triptych from the garden (Aubergine parmigiana, stuffed peppers and courgettes alla scapece)
– First course, Spaghetto with pomodorino del piennolo
– Dessert, Tart with masseria pellecchiella apricot jam
– Water, glass of Vesuvio wine, coffee
