Cusco:Small group excursion guide service in Machu Picchu – Cusco Region, Peru

EXPERIENCE

We will be waiting for you at the train station in Aguas Calientes and we will board a minibus that will take us to Machu Picchu. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes.

We will arrive at the citadel of the archaeological site, where we will have a guided tour of two and a half hours. The enclave is located in the middle of the Andes mountain range, at an altitude of 2,430 metres, a unique setting!

Built before the 15th century, the citadel of Machu Picchu, whose name means “old mountain”, was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1981. To find out more about it, we will take a guided tour of the ruins of one of the Seven Wonders of the modern world. Did you know that it is one of the most popular tourist sites in the world? No wonder!

After strolling through the passageways of the legendary archaeological gem and delving into its history, we’ll leave you free time to take pictures or enjoy the sights.

We will end the tour by returning to the starting point by minibus after four hours of activity.
