EXPERIENCE:

The Cusco to Machu Picchu day trip begins with a 6:00 AM hotel pickup and drive to Ollantaytambo. After a short rest, travelers board a scenic train at 8:00 AM to Aguas Calientes. By 10:00 AM, they arrive and meet their tour guide to take a 30-minute bus ride to Machu Picchu. Visitors explore the historic site from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The return trip starts with a bus ride to Aguas Calientes, followed by a train back to Ollantaytambo at 3:00 PM, and concludes with a vehicle transfer to Cusco, arriving back by 7:00 PM.
