EXPERIENCE:

Day 1: Sacred Valley

Start with pickup from your hotel in the historic center of Cusco. Travel first to the archaeological site of Pisaq, and explore the area on a guided tour.

Travel along the Willka Mayu River to Urubamba, the capital of the Sacred Valley. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch of traditional Andean dishes. Then head to the imposing fortress of Ollantaytambo to see the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana, the Princess Baths, and the Andean terraces.

After having a guided tour of Ollantaytambo. Board the train to Aguas Calientes, the closest town to Machu Picchu village. Spend the night in the town, with an evening briefing with your guide to plan the excursion to Machu Picchu

Day 2: Machu Picchi

Rise early in the morning and head to the bus station to travel to Machu Pichu. Explore the Lost City of the Incas with your guide and learn more about one of the wonders of the world. Admire the stunning panoramic views and the ancient structures perched on the mountain.

After the tour, head back down to Aguas Calientes for some lunch. In the afternoon, board the train back to Ollantaytambo to catch the bus back to Cusco.
