Cusco : Rainbow Mountain Tours Full day Trek with meals – Cusco, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

Your full-day tour begins in Cusco city, where you will be picked up between 4:00 AM ,After that, you’ll travel to Qollasuyo.
We will arrive at Checacupe and then arrive at the town of Pitumarca,
After that, we walk passing beautiful landscapes and lagoons where alpacas, llamas, vicuñas, puma, Andean birds, condors, etc. live in a walk of 3 ½ hrs approx. until the Vinicunca Pass (5,200 m.s.), from where we will have an impressive view of the Cerro Colorado, which with the sunrise shows its impressive valley and hills of magical colors.then We will observe mountains such as the Apu Sarinini and the Ausangate Mountain, the highest in Cusco (6,372 meters above sea level)
The Community of Chillca, constituted by shepherds of llamas and alpacas, is known as the guardian of these Andean places
Every year, on the north side of Ausangate, the festival of Qoyllur Rit’i has been celebrated since time immemorial, where faith is impressive as dancers from different parts of Peru arrive.
At the end of the day: Return to Cusco.
