EXPERIENCE:

Beat the crowds and arrive first at Rainbow Mountain, one of the most popular one-day hikes in the Cusco region. Get away from the city, traffic, and pollution to enjoy the amazing natural and cultural landscapes.

You will be picked up from your hotel around 5 AM and drive for 3.5 hours to the trailhead, where we will enjoy a healthy breakfast. Cusipata is a native community with few inhabitants dedicated mostly to agriculture. Move on to the Community of LLaqta, and start your 2-hour hike up to Rainbow Mountain. On the way, see llamas, alpacas, and a beautiful mountain range. Take time to enjoy the landscape and take lots of pictures, before you slowly descend again to LLaqta community. Drive back to Cusipata to enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by a local chef using local products.

After a full day of relaxation and hiking in the remote mountains, head back to Cusco arriving at approximately 5:30 PM.
