Cusco: Piuray Lagoon Tour – Abode of the Gods 48km – Cusco, Peru

In this adventure you will get to know the Piuray lagoon on ATVs, you will enjoy an extraordinary adventure, enjoy an adventure that is only 31 kilometers from the city of Cusco and there are various legends about its origin. In addition to the beautiful mountainous landscapes that can be seen there, it is possible to practice sports such as kayaking, stand up paddle, cycling, hiking or ATV routes. Our tour begins with the pick-up from your respective hotels from 07:30 a.m. – 08:00 a.m., our mobility will transport you to our bases of operations located in the Cruz Verde sector in the district of Poroy, 25 minutes from the city of Cusco.
After the dissemination of safety talks and instruction on ATVs by the Guide responsible for the group, we will have practice driving and familiarization with the ATVs for a period of approximately 15 minutes.
We will begin the tour heading towards the Piuray lagoon along mixed routes between trails and paved roads. During this journey we will be able to appreciate beautiful landscapes and the imposing snow-capped mountains of the mountain range and we will take advantage of the panorama for photographic shots.
Once we have visited this place, we will continue our return journey to the architectural, thematic and cultural complex of the Abode of the Gods, where we will have a guided tour of the rocky outcrop at the foot of the mountain, this magical place that is still under construction. It already dazzles visitors with the art of gigantic lithic sculptures of Gods.
Once we have visited this place we will continue our return journey to our base of operations in Cruz Verde where we will finish the ATV tour. Then they will board our Transportation and we will return to Cusco and later drop them off at their respective hotels.
