Cusco: Panoramic Bus Tour with Shamanism and Wool Weaving – Cusco, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

We will start the tour by driving around the historic center of Cusco. You can sit back and enjoy the sights while our guide would explain the prominence of each land mark with in the city.
We will be driving through some of the prominent archaeological sites namely, Sacsayhuaman, Q´enqo and Puca Pucara. Although we won’t be stopping in these sites, you will be getting a panoramic view from the upper deck of the bus.
On the way back to Cusco, we will stop at a shamanic center. Who will demonstrate one of the Incan rituals of thanking the mother earth, mountains and nature for our life using coca leaves. We will then stop at an Alpaca wool weaving center where one of the workers would explain you the different between different type softwoods. You will learn how to recognize an original alpaca wool, after visiting this place.
Before winding up the tour, we will visit the white statue of Christ that is perched up the hill over looking the city of Cusco. From here you will get jaw dropping views of Cusco. We will then drive back to our open top bus station as we would end our Cusco sightseeing bus tour.
