Cusco: Maras Moray Biking Tour – Cusco, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

You will leave Cusco by bus at 7:00am, heading to Chinchero (Cruz pata) where you will stop and get your bikes and equipment. Then you will cycle for around 2 hours and arrive at Moray, the ancient Inka agriculture laboratory located in a rare topographical depression which the Inkas developed into unique circular terraces. You will learn how this entire area was also watered by a well-engineered irrigation system.

Then, get back on your bike and cycle to the Maras’ colonial village salt mines, where you can see the process of salt recollection and the precious minerals from during the Inca era. Later your car will bring you back to Cusco at 5:00pm.
