Cusco: Huaypo Lake and salt mines of Maras on ATVs – Cusco, Peru

EXPERIENCE:

The Maras Salt Flats, located in the Peruvian Andes, are a stunning landscape of terraced terraces where ancient Inca saltwater evaporation techniques create an impressive palette of salt pools in shades of terracotta and white creating a beautiful visual impact.

Itinerary
the tour will start picking you up from your hotel at approximately 7:00 am.
We will drive for at least 50 minutes to the village of cruz pata, where we will practice for 15 minutes before starting the tour.
We will start with the tour to the Huaypo lagoon directly, always following the indications of the guide.
Once in Huaypo we will have time to enjoy the beautiful views, as well as observe the flora and fauna of the place, we will also see the wonderful views of the mountains Veronica, Chicon and Pumahuanca,
We will return to the village of Cruz Pata where the tour with ATVs will end.
Then we will start our journey to the salt mines of Maras in the mobility of the company (this is done for safety).
In the salt mines of Maras we will have a small explanation of the place and a space to take pictures.
Finally we will return to the city of Cusco, ending in the historic center
Our tour will last about 5 hours,
