EXPERIENCE:

You will enter in a historic home and you will be welcomed by Ada’s smile and warmth.
You’ll immediatly start with the cooking-class preparing the receipes you’ve decided to cook: tortelli with pumpkin, tortelli with erba amara (a local herb), malfatti with herbs, capunsei or casoncelli bresciani as main course.
As dessert we can prepare a delicious tiramisù or sbrisolona or something you want to try.
After preparing all the dishes, we’ll seat on the table and start eating with a good local wine.
