Cooking class amid Etna,sea,historic wine barrels and forest – Sicily, Italy

EXPERIENCE:

We will be glad to welcome you with a glass of wine that you can test on the “tondo del belvedere” among a garden with 300 rose plants, from which you can enjoy the view of Etna and the sea at the same moment.
After that, you will enjoy the story of wine production in a guided tour of the winery and the company’s historic cellar (18th century) .
And now it’s your turn!
You will collect seasonal vegetables from the Mediterranean vegetable garden and the aromatic garden :
– the Aci trunzo (our slow food presidium)
– lemons,
– pomegranates
– aromatic herbs and …. Let’s cook together in our “enchanted forest”!!!
A qualified chef will explain the tricks and recipes of typical Sicilian cuisine that will be prepared and cooked and then consumed and enjoyed by all participants.
