EXPERIENCE:

The conference is made throught a very detailed guided tour showing the main places inside the walled town, the castle and the remparts connected with the main events during the Albigensian Crusade.
The guide is a national conferencer working and studing during 20 years this part of the local history ( that means Carcassonne and the Cathars Castle )
We walk 6 kms during the tour and we cross the top of the wall ( about 700 steps)
