EXPERIENCE:

Hike from Manarola to Volastra and Corniglia/Vernazza on the hills overlooking the sea, with the typical terraces in dry stone walls which allowed the Ligurians, since the ancient times, to colonise a harsh and difficult territory.

Five villages set in the rock, rich in local traditions and history.

Crossing this territory on the ancient paths connecting all the Cinque Terre offers glimpses of unparalleled beauty of the sea and the landscape shaped by the Mediterranean scrub and vine cultivations.

On demand, wine tasting and/or lunch in the vineyard.

Difference in altitude: 400 meters with a length of approximately 6.5 kilometres
Training: for everyone, remind that Ligurian trails can be steep
Equipment: backpack with water; comfortable outfit; trail shoes; hiking sticks. In summer bring your swimsuit.

The hike will be adapted in case of special requirements.
