EXPERIENCE

The winner of the Thailand Authority of Thailand (TAT) Gold Award in 2023 – Sticky Waterfall Explorer is an adventure like no other. After a comfortable 45-minute journey we begin the 30km cycling trip with a boat ride across the Mae Kuang reservoir on a longtail boat, so you can admire the wonderful mountainous scenery on all sides.

Cycle along a combination of quiet country roads, dirt dual track and single tracks. Pass through a quiet country village and lookout point where you can take a break and enjoy a drink. The cycling tour continues through verdant teak forests and a cave full of bats and other critters.

From this point, the trail is mainly dirt dual track with some small uphill sections, as well as downhill sections eventually coming out onto the road in front of the famous “Sticky Waterfall” (Bua Tong). Cool off in the refreshing water and scramble up the several tiers of waterfall and relax after the MTB journey.

After a delicious lunch, you will be escorted back to the Trailhead office or their accommodation. The tour is suitable for people of all ages and abilities with only a good level of fitness required. You will have the option to skip certain sections upon request and use the support vehicle depending on the level of fitness. The maximum tour length is 32km with 500m of climbing. Our friendly and professional guides will take photos and videos along the journey which are included in the package for your treasured memories of the cycling tour.
