Cannobio: Domodossola and Sacred Mountain Tour – Lake Maggiore, Italy

EXPERIENCE

After meeting with your guide, you will begin “Domodossola day”, which will begin with a walk through the weekly market to learn about the history of this beautiful gem in the mountains. Following your market experience, you will walk up to the Sacred Mountain Calvario, which has been listed as a UNESCO Heritage Site since 2003.

Up at this mountain you will enjoy a guided visit while admiring the beautiful chapels, which will be followed by some time for lunch (included). Following lunch you will be able to enjoy the gardens above Domodossola, taking in the sights over this beautiful city in the mountains which is surrounded by seven valleys.

At the conclusion of your scenic day out, you will return to Cannobio in the late the afternoon.
