EXPERIENCE

Bodega Gamboa is a boutique winery located only 65km from Buenos Aires. Entering through a path of Poplar trees, you leave behind the highway noise to immerse yourself in the special and unique vineyard microclimate.
At the heart of our estate, you will find 6 hectares of vines that we use to produce our Campana wines.
Casa Gamboa, the winery’s restaurant, has the best view of the vineyard so you can enjoy the landscape and its natural breeze while you enjoy our fine gastronomy.

ITINERARY
*WELCOME DRINK
Upon arrival in Gamboa we will welcome you with a glass of sparkling wine.

*VINEYARD TOUR
Our guide accompanies you on a tour of the vineyard through the key parts of the vineyard, telling the history and particularities of the terroir. In the course of the tour, you will taste 2 wines.

*WINERY VISIT
You arrive at the winery through a forest path. You enter Bodega Gamboa where we tell you about the wines we make, how we produce them, and how to recognize our style. You will also have the opportunity to taste a third wine… the surprise is a beer tasting made with grape must from our grapes.

*CASA GAMBOA
We are waiting for you to share our “Terruño” menu, with many dishes that focus on seasonal produce, prepared with different cooking methods, accompanied by our Gamboa wines.

Stuffed Argentine “Chipá”
Patagonian Lamb Empanada, Spicy tomato salsa
Slow fermented griddled flat bread, oregano, zest and garlic
Carpaccio of beetroot, local blue cheese, capers and herbs
Serrano style ham from local producer “Doina”, roasted pear, arugula
Roasted smoky eggplant, quinoa, sour cream, aromatic herbs

-Second Step – choice of
Smoked and brined leg of locally raised chicken
14 hour braised brisket from our wood oven
Cut of the day cooked over Argentine hard wood embers
Stuffed Swiss Chard, portobello mushroom cream sauce

-Sides
Griddled green beans, crispy baby potato, garlic and bacon chips
Seasonal salad with selection of homemade pickles

-Dessert
“Dulce y Queso” – Mini selection of local cheeses with unique conserves
Argentine bread and butter pudding, glazed pecan, dulce de leche and cream
Homemade mascarpone, seasonal sorbet, orange and pistachio.

Includes 3 glasses of wine, non-alcohol drinks and coffee.
