Meet your sommelier in a local Bordeaux wine bar to begin your journey into Bordeaux wine. In your private group, discover everything you need to know about the local wine region and its famous Grand Cru Classé wines. This is a one of a kind experience in Bordeaux.

During this tasting class, be introduced to the concepts of terroir, grape variety, appellation, and blending. Learn more about the different types of Bordeaux wines and their history.

Each wine is international recognised and locally as some of the best wines in the world. To enhance the tasting of these wines your sommelier will ensure this is a high quality tasting experience.

Your sommelier will guide you along to maximise your unique experience. Each glass of wine represents a unique part of the Bordeaux terroir. Included during this workshop are four 6cl glasses of Bordeaux Wine. These will 4 x red wines and 1 x white. Each wine represents a unique part of the Bordeaux appellation.

The wine will be paired with French cheese to fully immerse you in this Bordeaux wine tasting experience.
