EXPERIENCE:

You will be welcomed in a comfortable apartment with a glass of local sparkling wine, then Alessia will start revealing the secrets of the Bolognese tradition and you will learn how to prepare homemade tagliatelle and tortellini.

Filippo will tell you everything about the local wines and will teach you how to pair them with our local food.

During the cooking class you will prepare tagliatelle and tortellini, then you will start the wine tasting class with three local wines. During the wine lab you will learn how to pair wine and food and will experience the different effects that different wines have on food tasting. In the end, you will have to decide the best pairing.

A full immersion in the real traditions of Bologna, from food to wines.

At the end of the course all the attendees will be awarded a personal diploma certification.
