EXPERIENCE:

This experience will be your chance for becoming so familiar with the tipical dishes that made our city so famous all over the world. On your arrival you will get our special welcoming drink with a taste of some tipical products of the area such as mortadella and parmesan cheese with a glass of a local wine produced in the area of Bologna. After this, you will be taken inside a full immersion course where our staff is going to show to you how the real pasta of Bologna is made including all secrets in order to make it and cook it in the real best way, also providing you with the receipes that you can take home with you. In this experience you will arrange to prepare some tipical dishes of Bologna and making you getting the taste of the tipical ragu sauce and sweeties following the seasonal offers.
At the end of the experience, a lunch or dinner is offered including wine, water, coffee, an opening with specialties of the location.
