Bird watching day tour – Pick up and drop from the Hotel – Western Province, Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka

EXPERIENCE

Recommended pick up time from the Hotel at 5 am (Can be flexible to our valued guests ). Since the destination is located 40 km away from the heart of Colombo City it is recommended to start the journey early from Colombo.

Reach the birding destination around 6.30 am. The park opens for visitors at 7 am. Till then we explore the surrounding area of the park which is very potential to spot many birds in the morning.

Breakfast around 7 am at the small cafeteria inside the park.

Birdwatching trails 7.30 – 10.30 am. Planning to spot a minimum of 50 species including of minimum 5 endemics if the weather is good.

11.00 am Return from the Park back to Colombo
