DURATION: 3 HOURS

Lasagne Class is 30 km from the centre of Firenze. You will live your life in Tuscany, immerse yourself in our culture and cuisine and enjoy the dolce vita in the peace of Chianti!

PROGRAM:

Reception with welcome drink with a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills with an enchanting glimpse of Barberino Val D’Elsa ;
Meeting with our chef who will guide you in the preparation of one of the most famous Italian dishes in the world, Lasagna . You will then learn to roll the Fresh Pasta and to prepare the Ragù and the Béchamel for the realization of the dish. Our Chef will also teach you how to prepare a famous Italian dessert (panna cotta, chocolate pudding, tiramisu, etc.)
Lunch that includes appetizers based on local cold cuts and cheeses, lasagna prepared by the participants, 1 glass of wine , dessert , water and coffee included.
Find out how to prepare homemade pasta easily and successfully !! With only flour, water and eggs we will teach you the secrets of making fresh pasta to prepare LASAGNE in an enchanting place immersed in the suggestive hills of Chianti.

During the 3 hours we will make fresh pasta , the meat sauce and the bechamel necessary for the preparation of the best lasagna you will ever taste. Back home you will amaze your friends and relatives with one of the best dishes of Italian cuisine.

The course will complete the creation of one of the best Italian desserts (panna cotta, tiramisu, chocolate pudding)

After the end of the preparations, you will finally be able to enjoy its authentic flavor , tasting the excellent Chianti wine paired with lunch . At the end of the lesson you will receive the recipes to reproduce at home with your friends and family .
