Explore the town of Acanceh aboard Atvs. Enjoy a ride where we will visit; The Plaza of the 3 Cultures where the Pre-Hispanic, colonial and present times converge; we will visit 3 Mayan temples within the community, The Temple of the Masks, The Palace of the Stuccoes and The Mayan Astrological Observatory; we will walk through streets with the traditional “albarradas” that characterize a Mayan village. Visit a former hacienda connected by an ancient truck road, where you will enjoy an adventure in contact with the local nature. Duration of the tour from 2 hr to 2 hr and 30 min.
Itinerary
Reception of clients at “Casa Wayak” Home of the Acanceh people.
°Registration and signatures of responsives
°Brief training of regulations to follow, handling of Atvs and safety equipment.
°Departure to the First Point Plaza de las Tres Culturas and Templo de los Mascarones.
°Visit to the Palacio de los Estucos (No entrance, view from the outside)
°Visit to the Observatory (If you enter, no extra cost)
°Tour through the old truck road
°Visit to Ex hacienda and nearby community
°Return by the old truck road
°Return to Casa Wayak Home of the Acanceh People
