5 Days Group Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Tarangire wildlife Tour – Mara Region, Tanzania

EXPERIENCE

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha (pre-safari) Upon your arrival in Tanzania, our driver guide shall pick you up from the airport (which can be from Kilimanjaro airport or Arusha airport) and take you to your first overnight accommodation – Venice Hotel. Depending on your time of arrival in Arusha, you may have a city tour with the guide who will show you the Arusha city plus the Masai market. Overnight: Venice Hotel

Day 2: Adventure Tarangire National Park After an early breakfast, you’ll transfer to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a game drive at Tarangire National Park with picnic lunches. This is one of the exciting game drives that take you to experience some of the largest herds of elephants, and buffaloes, tree climbing, and more. Overnight: Karatu Safari Camp Lodge Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area full-day tour Exit Tarangire in a transfer game drive as you head to Ngorongoro Crater which is considered one of the Wonders of the Natural World. Today, you have the whole day exploring Ngorongoro as you see some of the fascinating animals like giraffes, buffaloes, elephants, zebras, multiple wildebeest, hyenas, etc. After the encounter, you return to your hotel for overnight. Overnight: Karatu Safari Camp Lodge

Day 4: Ngorongoro to Serengeti After breakfast, you’ll set out for the endless open plains and stunning skies of the Serengeti as you have your Ngorongoro departure game drive. Enjoy an unforgettable Serengeti game drive and late evening game drive as you meet some of the profound wildlife of Serengeti including the wildebeest. This afternoon is reserved for game drives through the iconic Serengeti National Park. This vast wildlife reserve is famous for the same annual migration as Masai Mara, in which over a million herbivores migrate south from the northern to southern Serengeti plains during the short rainy season (October and November), returning north after the long rainy season (April to June). The Serengeti National Park provides excellent wildlife viewing all year, so we should see plenty of plains game and predators roaming the plains. Overnight: Africa Safari – Ikoma (Tented camp)

Day 5: Serengeti Safari & Transfer to Arusha/Kilimanjaro

On this day, we suggest a very early wake-up to do an early morning game drive (when the animals are more active) and see one of the best sunrises you’ll ever witness. It’s really one of the most beautiful experiences to have. After the game drive, we will return to the camp for a rewarding brunch. Afterward, we’ll proceed to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha, or whatever your next amazing destination might be (i.e. Zanzibar). Alternatively, instead of this early morning game drive, you may choose to stay at the camp for a bit of relaxation
