Pick up at your accommodation at 4:30 AM.
Take an excursion to Cai Rang Floating Market for a few minutes as it passes houses built on stilts over the water, as well as boats of variant sizes, shapes, and colors docked along the shore.
You can stop by the side of such a food-court boat to climb on the local vessel or ask the boat’s driver to stop at some floating huts along the shore.
