Santa’s Secret Tree house: A Whimsical Holiday Escape

Step into the North Pole’s best-kept secret, Santa’s Secret Tree house, where festive magic meets mystery. Hidden in River North, this enchanting pop-up at Treehouse (Directions) is rumored to be Santa’s helpers’ favorite retreat.  

Explore a world of festive surprises, imaginative decor, and holiday cheer. Savor curated holiday cocktails in a playful, magical ambiance perfect for date nights, gatherings with friends, or simply soaking in the season’s wonder.  

Grand Opening: Wednesday, November 27th – Celebrate the holiday magic.

Event Guidelines
Entry Line: Ticket times indicate your arrival window, but high demand on weekends after 7 PM may lead to waiting times. Dress warmly.

Re-entry: No re-entry allowed.

Ticket Time Frames: Your ticket time is your entry window. Once inside, stay as long as you like.

Dress Code: Strictly enforced. Festive attire is encouraged, and dress to impress. No open-toe shoes, flip-flops, sweats, hoodies, or sports attire. No refunds for dress code violations.

Parking: Garage Parking

Firearms: No firearms permitted.

Seating: Limited table seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket purchase does not guarantee a table.

Bottle Service and Large Parties: Bottle service reservations and bookings for large groups or private holiday parties are available. Reservations require a ticket.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued if we cancel the event. All ticket sales are final. No refunds for illness, including COVID-19, dress code issues, dissatisfaction, incorrect ticket purchases, or non-attendance. For peace of mind, consider ticket insurance.
