Learn how to make coffee at home like a pro with our Pour Over class series! This session will focus on using a Hario Switch
In this class, we will go over 4 areas of the pour over process.
- Machine: Focus on how a Hario Switch works and learn the basics
- Extraction: Work through over and under and balanced extractions, use the TDS meter and CoffeeOS app and scales to understand extraction
- Grind: Show different grind levels and different grinder qualities to show how critical the grinder is.
- Water: Taste the difference in three waters, our RO, tap water and spring water.
