A sound bath is a deeply immersive listening meditation where you rest comfortably while harmonic instruments (like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and bells) wash the room in vibration. • Yoga mat or something to lie on (if you don’t have one, we have them for you)

• This is a quiet, restful space. Please silence your phone and arrive on time.
• Sound baths may not be ideal if you’re extremely sound-sensitive. If you’re pregnant, have a pacemaker/implanted device, a seizure disorder, or a medical concern, consider checking with your healthcare professional first.
