It’s a relaxed, hands-on holiday stop-in where you’ll learn how to build a better pasta salad by balancing flavor, texture, dressing, herbs, crunch, acid, and toppings. You’ll choose from a variety of ingredients and flavor inspiration while Chef Jesse guides you through what works together and why.
